Envirotec cleaned the windows at the pub next door to our office. One day, I mentioned to the guy cleaning the windows that there was something missing off his van. He asked me what and I told him it was the address of his web site.

We had a chuckle and he came into the office for a chat, following which he engaged us to create his web site and we engaged him to clean the office windows. It's nice when things work out like that.
